Epic is seeking an exceptional litigator and counselor to join our legal team. The role is based in Madison, WI and requires relocation with full reimbursement.

Responsibilities

• Navigate legal risks as Epic expands its offerings.
• Manage litigation and regulatory matters.
• Advise on evolving competitive landscape and regulatory environment.
• Lead settlement negotiations and represent Epic in court.

Qualifications

• JD with 3‑7 years of experience drafting motions and briefs, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases.
• Strong academic and professional background.
• Attention to detail, creative thinking, and excellent communication, writing, and analytic skills.
• Experience in regulatory and privacy litigation is a plus.
• Relocation to Madison, WI required.
• COVID‑19 vaccination required.
