Job summary

Ketryx is seeking an in-house Legal Counsel to build the legal engine that scales a growing SaaS business. You will negotiate enterprise MSAs and DPAs with Fortune 100 customers, and set up scalable playbooks and repositories to accelerate deal velocity.

You'll own a broad scope including commercial, employment, and vendor matters, while leveraging outside counsel for complex issues. This is a high-autonomy role reporting to the VP, Finance & Operations.

Proven track record negotiating enterprise SaaS agreements with Fortune 500 companies.

Responsibilities

Negotiate and redline MSAs, DPAs, BAAs, and order forms with Fortune 100 customers.
Build scalable legal infrastructure: playbooks, clause libraries, redline guides, enablement materials for 20+ sales reps.
Handle 70%+ of commercial, employment, and vendor matters internally; outside counsel for complex issues.
Implement contract management systems to track obligations and enable precedent searchability.
Coach account executives on negotiation strategy with Sales/Finance/RevOps.
