Job summary

The successful candidate will advise on risk allocation, analyze and negotiate professional service contracts, manage disputes, and oversee governance, compliance, and licensing matters for the US engineering consulting business.

Qualifications

• Law degree from an accredited law school.
• Qualified and licensed to practice law as an in-house attorney in the state of residency.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience advising engineers and architects (A/E/C firm or professional services legal department).
