Job summary

GHD is hiring an in-house Legal Counsel to join its Americas Legal, Risk & Compliance Team. The successful candidate will advise on risk allocation, analyze and negotiate professional service contracts, manage disputes, and oversee governance, compliance, and licensing matters for the US engineering consulting business.
