STIIIZY is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to create eye-catching visuals for in-store displays, signage, and digital collateral. The role involves cross-training in related department tasks as needed, and applying cannabis packaging compliance where required.

The candidate should have 4–6 years in graphic design and marketing, with strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Acrobat. A fast-paced, collaborative environment awaits.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of graphic designer experience.
• 4-6 years of marketing experience.
• Experience in a legal cannabis market highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates with creative, marketing, and other graphic professionals to gather information and materials needed for design.
• Designs eye-catching visuals for in-store displays, signage, digital collateral, and social media.
• Proficient in print production for graphics, social media, and apparel item types.
• Learns and applies cannabis packaging compliance requirements.
• Prepares finished copy and art using typesetting and printing equipment.
• Mentors junior staff and coordinates with photographers and printers.
