Job summary

STIIIZY is hiring a Senior Graphic Designer to create eye-catching visuals for in-store displays, digital collateral, and packaging. The role emphasizes fast-paced execution, collaboration with marketing and creative teams, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.

Experience with cannabis branding and compliance is highly valued. The position requires 4–6 years in graphic design and marketing, with on-site work in California.

Qualifications

• Proficient / Expert in Adobe Acrobat & Adobe Illustrator (print prod focused)
• Detail Oriented & Organized
• Good communication skills
• Ability to project manage based on priorities

Responsibilities

• Coordinates with creative personnel, marketing, and other graphic professionals to gather information and materials needed for design.
• Proficient in print production for a variety of items from graphics to social media and some apparel.
• Must design and execute in a fast-paced environment and meet client needs and expectations.
• Ability to learn compliance related laws for cannabis packaging.
• Illustrates design concepts and prepares finished copy and art.
