Job summary

Pizza Hut is seeking a Legal Counsel – Compliance, Litigation and Crisis in Plano, TX. The role reports to the Director of Global Litigation, Employment and Brand Protection and focuses on global compliance, investigations, and strategic defense of litigation matters.

The position requires a JD, Texas license, 4–8 years’ experience, and the ability to work onsite in Plano three days a week with remote work on Monday and Friday. Salary range is $125,200 to $147,200 annually.

Qualifications

• JD from ABA-accredited law school.
• Active Texas license to practice law (or in-house registration).
• 4–8 years in law firm or in-house legal dept.
• Ability to assess risks and provide practical recommendations.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support compliance, litigation, and crisis functions globally.
• Manage internal investigations and due diligence processes.
• Advise on anti-bribery/anti-corruption, sanctions, conflicts of interest, and trade law.
• Develop and deliver compliance training and policy programs.
• Assist in strategic defense of litigation matters and budget forecasting.
