Job summary

Qualifications

• Active license to practice law in Texas (or ability to obtain in-house counsel registration).
• 4–8 years of experience in Employment Benefits law, either in a law firm or in-house.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day employee benefits legal advice to HR benefits teams, plan fiduciaries and internal colleagues.
• Review and draft benefit plans, SPDs, notices and enrollment materials for compliance and clarity.
• Negotiate service provider agreements and coordinate with HR, Litigation and outside counsel.
