Role Description

This is an on‑site, full‑time role for an In‑House General Contractor based in Charlotte, NC. The General Contractor will oversee various construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard of quality. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include managing projects, supervising renovation tasks, coordinating construction work, and ensuring compliance with all regulations and safety standards. The contractor will also work closely with subcontractors, vendors, and other team members to achieve project goals efficiently.

Qualifications

• Experience in General Contracting and Construction workflows
