Dry Force Corp is seeking an In-House Dispatch Specialist in Irving, TX to support our emergency response team. You will handle a multi-line phone system, dispatch technicians and project managers, and provide clear, empathetic guidance to customers while updating them on job status.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of dispatching experience preferred.
• 1+ years in a call center or direct customer service environment preferred.
• Proficient with technology and quick to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Operate a multi-line phone system in the corporate office.
• Dispatch technicians and project managers in real time based on availability and proximity.
• Provide empathetic and clear instructions to customers awaiting service.
• Monitor active jobs and provide customers with updates.
• Accurately input and retrieve data across multiple software platforms.
• Forward non-emergency requests to the appropriate departments.
• Act as a calm, supportive liaison during often stressful situations for clients.
