The role requires 1+ year dispatching or customer-service experience, strong tech skills, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year dispatching experience preferred.
• 1+ year in a call center or customer service environment preferred.
• Proficient with technology and quick to learn new systems.
• Clear criminal background and ability to pass a drug screen.
• Reliable transportation and flexibility for varied shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate a multi-line phone system in the corporate office.
• Dispatch technicians and project managers in real time based on availability and proximity.
• Provide empathetic and clear instructions to customers awaiting service.
• Monitor active jobs and provide customers with updates.
• Accurately input and retrieve data across multiple software platforms.
• Forward non-emergency requests to the appropriate departments.
• Act as a calm, supportive liaison during stressful situations for clients.
