Job summary

LifeLink Foundation seeks an In-House Coordinator for a designated hospital system to advance organ and tissue donation efforts. You will coordinate information with LifeLink staff, assess referrals, and engage families in the donation process.

Role requires travel within the assigned service area, availability for after-hours coverage, and collaboration with hospital teams to ensure compliant donor processes and timely documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Nursing, Social Services, Allied Health, or related field.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Strong written and verbal communication plus presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary communication link between LifeLink staff and hospital staff.
• Identify potential donor referrals with hospital staff.
• Participate in OPO quality improvement activities and meetings.
• Attend Hospital Development initiatives and Donor Advisory Committees.
• Coordinate information and donor discussions with families and authorization processes.
• Ensure timely documentation and follow-up with hospital teams.
