Qualifications

• 2+ years of paralegal experience in commercial real estate from in-house or law firm.
• Experience reviewing, drafting, and supporting CRE transactions including leases, acquisitions, dispositions, and financing.
• Paralegal certificate or related degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and support senior management and attorneys in negotiating commercial real estate transactions across multiple states.
• Administer leasing and improvement‑related templates for review, negotiation, and finalization.
• Coordinate with property management to ensure proper administration of tenant‑related agreements.
