Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and active license to practice law in good standing.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with effective communication.
• Strong negotiating skills with legal and financial issues.
• Sharp attention to detail.
• Managed care experience required, with 1-2 years in negotiation of value-based care agreements.
• General knowledge of healthcare regulatory law, fraud and abuse laws, HIPAA, Medicare, and Medicaid obligations.
