The ideal candidate will provide guidance on customer and supplier transactions, distributor and channel relationships, and contract lifecycle management, using strong drafting, negotiation, and business judgment. This on-site role emphasizes technology and IP experience, and requires a JD and bar

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate or international equivalent.
• Active bar license or other lawful ability to practice law in the state or jurisdiction where the employee will be located (for example, ability to gain admission as registered in house counsel).

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage commercial agreements across Qualcomm business units.
• Advise internal business teams on standard contracts, key commercial terms, and system-related questions regarding customer onboarding.
• Enable ongoing business opportunities through standard contracting while appropriately identifying and mitigating legal and business risk in negotiations.
• Support legal team members on cross-functional projects, including business unit initiatives and M&A-related activities as needed.
• Contribute to a collaborative team culture with flexibility, accountability, and willingness to support priorities of varying scope and complexity.
