Job summary

You will advise internal clients on customer and supplier transactions, distributor relationships, contract lifecycle management, and related issues, enabling opportunities while mitigating risk. The ideal candidate is a practical, business-oriented self-starter with strong drafting and negotiation skills, sound judgment, and relevant technology/IP

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate degree or international equivalen t.
• Active bar license or other lawful ability to practice law in the state or jurisdiction where the employee will be located.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage commercial agreements across Qualcomm business units.
• Advise internal business teams on standard contracts, key commercial terms, and system-related questions regarding customer onboarding.
• Enable ongoing business opportunities through standard contracting while identifying and mitigating legal and business risk in negotiations.
• Support legal team members on cross-functional projects, including M&A-related activities as needed.
• Contribute to a collaborative team culture with flexibility, accountability, and willingness to support priorities of varying scope and complexity.
