Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in handling in-house litigation from inception to final resolution.
• Draft demand letters, discovery, pleadings, and law & motion.
• Make court appearances as needed.
• Assist with litigation strategy and negotiation of settlement agreements.
• Coordinate and advise outside counsel on pending litigation matters.
