Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer with 5–10 years of relevant experience in securities and funds.
• Experience advising investment management or hedge fund businesses.
• In-house or law firm experience supporting investment management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal support across U.S. fund and investment management activities.
• Advise on securities law matters affecting the business.
• Support hedge fund and asset management related matters.
• Handle employment law issues as needed.
• Collaborate with senior U.S. counsel and cross-border colleagues.
