This mid-level, full-time role provides broad in-house experience across commercial contracts, corporate compliance, data privacy, employment matters, and international legal operations.

The ideal candidate is a licensed Philippine attorney with strong judgment, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to guide internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Activated member of the Philippine Bar in good standing.
• 2–4 years of relevant legal experience, preferably with commercial contracts or data privacy.
• Strong foundation in contract interpretation and legal writing.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate commercial agreements (NDAs, MSAs, vendor contracts).
• Identify legal and commercial risks and provide actionable recommendations.
• Support corporate governance, regulatory filings, and privacy initiatives.
