Qualifications

• JD required and admitted to the US Bar in good standing.
• Minimum 3 years of contract drafting and negotiation experience.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize client contracts, partnership agreements, and service agreements.
• Ensure agreements reflect Gallagher’s objectives and comply with laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with business leads and other legal colleagues on strategic initiatives.
• Provide proactive legal advice on contractual risks and interpretation.
