Job summary

Ikon Search seeks an experienced in-house attorney to provide practical legal guidance across commercial operations, litigation, employment matters, regulatory compliance, data privacy, contract negotiations, and risk management.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong litigation and employment law background, experience handling commercial agreements and regulatory issues, and the ability to work cross-functionally to support the organization's business objectives.

Qualifications

• J.D. and state bar membership are required.
• 4–6 years of legal experience in law firm or in-house setting.
• Strong litigation, employment law, and contracts background.
• Ability to draft, negotiate, and manage regulatory matters with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day legal guidance on operational matters and compliance.
• Advise on employment matters including employee relations and investigations.
• Help develop and maintain employment policies and procedures.
• Partner with internal stakeholders on business transactions.
• Advise on data privacy and regulatory requirements.
• Manage litigation and coordinate with outside counsel.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements.
• Support enterprise risk management and identify legal exposures.
• Review regulatory documents and filings as needed.
• Assist with special projects and other legal matters.
