Job summary

Unispace is seeking a commercially focused in-house Legal Counsel to join its team in New York. The successful candidate will advise on project delivery, risk allocation, and complex contractual matters.

Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating design & build, construction, and consultancy agreements, as well as supporting dispute avoidance and internal legal process improvements. Eligible attorneys admitted to the New York Bar are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Qualified attorneys with admission to the New York Bar (or eligibility).
• Experience in construction, real estate, or complex commercial contracts.
