YO AI Labs is seeking an experienced In-House Counsel - Legal AI to support a contract-heavy AI training and evaluation project. You will review contracts, redline, negotiate, and provide expert feedback to improve AI-generated legal analysis.

This remote contractor role requires strong technology transactions experience and the ability to translate legal expertise into actionable feedback for AI systems while collaborating with product and research teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in-house experience focused on technology transactions.
