The role emphasizes entity management, legal matter tracking in LawVu, and support for strategic transactions. A minimum of 5 years of corporate paralegal experience is required, with litigation experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associates’ Degree required (or Paralegal Degree or Certification and equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 5 years of Corporate Paralegal experience with a law firm, in-house or at a public company.
• At least 2 years’ of litigation experience is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft programs (Outlook, Office Suite) and SharePoint, Teams; Adobe Acrobat; contract management systems; document management software; HCue and LawVu familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Entity Management: form/dissolve entities, file annual reports, maintain entity databases and minute books.
• Legal matters: track matters in LawVu, prepare summaries, calendar deadlines and manage legal holds.
• Internal legal support: manage documents, repositories and contract management for corporate transactions.
