DNOW is seeking a Corporate Counsel to join its legal team in Houston, TX. The role focuses on drafting and negotiating domestic and international agreements, advising on risk, and ensuring compliance with DNOW standards across regions.

You will collaborate with finance and business units, support complex contracts like Master Service Agreements, Distributor Agreements, and Real Estate, and counsel leadership on strategic legal matters globally.

Qualifikationen

• JD required or equivalent; in-house or large firm experience preferred.
• Strong ability to draft, review, and negotiate complex agreements.
• Ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience advising across multiple jurisdictions and international matters.
• Knowledge of risk allocation, warranties, indemnities, and related clauses.

Aufgaben

• Review, draft, and negotiate domestic and international legal agreements for multiple energy sectors and supply chain services.
• Support negotiations of contracts such as Distributor Agreements, Master Service Agreements, and Real Estate Transactions, ensuring DNOW standards and governing law.
• Provide legal counsel to various business units worldwide, explaining revisions to leadership and subsidiaries.
