AAA Club Alliance seeks a Corporate Attorney to provide informed legal guidance across business areas, including privacy and data protection. You will support senior legal leadership on strategic projects and day-to-day matters while ensuring compliance with laws and ethics.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor Degree required.
• 5+ years of active practice as an in-house corporate attorney or applicable private practice.
• Current admission to a state bar.
• Current continuing legal education accreditation.
• Experience with privacy and data protection law.
• Familiarity with technology, cybersecurity, digital marketing, artificial intelligence, or data governance issues is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provides advice and counsel across multiple areas of business law.
• Offers legal guidance in privacy, corporate, real estate, tax, and related matters.
• Advise on privacy and data protection matters, including policy templates and implementation.
• Lead privacy and data security projects and assess compliance with applicable laws.
• Collaborate with external counsel on specialized issues and litigation.
• Develop company policy and provide counsel to business leaders.
