TTM Technologies, Inc. seeks an in-house attorney with 3–6 years of experience to join the Legal Headquarters in Creve Coeur, MO. The role focuses on drafting, reviewing, negotiating contracts and managing litigation while advising internal stakeholders on risk and corporate matters.

Experience with mergers, real estate, and general corporate law is preferred. Candidates must be U.S. citizens or compliant with government restrictions and this is a hybrid position at our Creve Coeur facilities.

Formación

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day counsel and advice regarding various legal matters.
• Draft, review, interpret, and negotiate complex business agreements including customer, supplier, confidentiality, consulting, and operational contracts.
• Advise on contractual rights, obligations, risk allocation, indemnity, limitations of liability, warranty and dispute resolution provisions.
• Manage and oversee litigation, pre-litigation disputes, claims, subpoenas and related matters with internal and outside counsel.
• Support internal investigations, legal notices, preservation obligations, and responses to demand letters and other contentious matters.
• Partner with Contracts, Sales, Operations, Quality, Programs, Supply Chain, Finance and Business Unit leadership to support objectives while protecting legal interests.
