• Comfort using AI tools in legal work and presenting to non-lawyers.

• Review, mark up, and draft commercial and transactional documents.
• Negotiate with customers, suppliers, and external parties with GC support.
• Advise employees on contract terms in plain language and elevate disputes.
• Work with outside counsel and report to GC on matters.
• Train Contract Managers and maintain contract program standards.
