Qualifications

• Three to five years drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Hands-on daily use of contract or document management software.

• Ability to learn new software quickly and adapt to enterprise systems.
• Willingness to use AI tools with sound judgment.
• Strong legal judgment and ability to elevate issues when needed.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint for training/presentations.
• Comfort delivering training live via Teams or in person.

Responsibilities

• Review, mark up, and draft commercial and transactional documents.
• Negotiate with customers, suppliers, and other parties with GC support for significant matters.
• Advise employees on contract terms in plain language; escalate disputes.
• Work with outside counsel on assigned matters.
• Report to General Counsel on matters and raise questions early.
• Support and train Contract Managers across entities.
• Train network on contract program and standards.
• Administer contract system access and provide user support.
