Job summary

Mauna Lani Auberge (Auberge) seeks a guest services professional to curate customised experiences for our guests, communicate pre-arrival plans, and assist on-property requests. You will know hotel amenities, local activities, and island attractions to inform guests accurately.

The role requires at least 2 years in front office or related discipline, English fluency, and familiarity with Opera and ALICE Suite is a plus. Join a luxury resort team delivering memorable hospitality experiences.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in front office or related discipline preferred (2+ years).
• Knowledge of Opera & ALICE Suite is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Curate unique and customized experiences for guests, including pre-arrival communication and on-property requests.
• Maintain extensive knowledge of hotel amenities, local attractions, and island activities to provide accurate information to guests.
• Handle and follow up on guest requests, complaints, and concerns promptly, maintaining detailed log records.
• Update guest profiles and maintain relationships with preferred vendors.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure up-to-date information and seamless guest experiences.
• Provide orientation of the hotel and its outlets to guests.
• Customize and tailor experiences for individual guests.
• Adhere to departmental policies, safety standards, and communication protocols.
• Demonstrate organizational excellence and adaptability to business demands.
• Other duties as assigned.

The base salary range for this position is $28.98 hourly.

• Working knowledge of Property Management system Opera & ALICE Suite are assets.
• High school or equivalent education required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• First Aid certification an asset.
