Cavco Industries in Plano, TX is seeking a Graphic Designer to join our in-house creative team and help bring our brand to life across print and digital assets.

You'll design brochures, flyers, banners, digital ads and trade show graphics, ensuring brand consistency and production-ready files. Proficiency with InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator is essential, along with a strong portfolio of print and digital work.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional graphic design experience (in‑house, brand, or agency).
• Portfolio showing strong print and digital work.
• Proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Strong command of layout, typography, color and composition.
• Experience prepping print-ready files and working with print vendors.
• Meticulous attention to detail and brand consistency.
• Strong organization and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Clear communication and collaborative spirit.
• Degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred but not required with relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Design print and digital materials for master brand and product lines.
• Apply brand standards with precision across deliverables.
• Prepare production-ready files in InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Create dealer/event graphics and point-of-sale materials.
• Adapt creative for different channels and audiences.
• Collaborate with the Creative Director, Brand Manager, and other designers.
• Stay current with new tools, including AI-assisted options.
