Wausau Supply Company in Schofield, WI is seeking a Graphic Designer to join our on-site marketing team. You will produce print and digital materials for four brands, maintain InDesign templates, and ensure fast, accurate project delivery.

The ideal candidate has an associate or bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design and 3+ years of layout and production experience with InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator. Strong typography, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects under

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• 3+ years of professional layout and production experience in Adobe InDesign.
• Experience with brand guidelines and print/digital production workflows.
• Portfolio of work including multi-page layouts is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality graphics aligned with each brand’s strategy and guidelines.
• Manage 10–15 active projects from brief to final file across print and digital.
• Meet turnaround times and production deadlines; flag timeline risks early.
• Prepare print-ready files for printers and in-house production.
• Create and maintain InDesign templates for recurring materials.
• Support digital marketing with website, social, and email graphics.
