Job summary

Groundworks, LLC in Virginia Beach, VA is seeking a Graphic Designer to join our corporate team. You will design for print, digital, email, website, and internal campaigns across North America, reporting to the Senior Manager of Graphic Design.

Required: at least 2 years of professional design experience, a Bachelor’s in Graphic Design, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of professional design experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• MacOS proficiency; ability to collaborate and iterate quickly.
• Experience with print, digital, and large-format design a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive design projects from concept to final production across print and digital assets.
• Design, scale, and rebrand materials including ads, flyers, banners, and presentations.
• Develop logos and infographics for Marketing and internal teams.
• Create templates and maintain brand standards and asset library.
• Edit photos and prepare files for production; manage timelines and budgets.
