• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable as applicable.
• Record and categorize financial transactions accurately.
• Assist with monthly and year-end financial close activities.
• Prepare routine internal financial reports for management.
• Maintain organized accounting records and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate with outside accounting and tax professionals as needed.
• Identify discrepancies and resolve bookkeeping issues.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of financial information.
• Support development of internal accounting processes and controls.
