Job summary

W3Global is seeking an Associate Corporate Counsel to oversee litigation across the company’s divisions from our Cincinnati office. You will manage pre-litigation matters, coordinate with outside counsel, and drive post-judgment collections while supporting compliance and corporate transactions as needed. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of litigation experience, a J.D.

from an accredited law school, and an active U.S. license (Ohio preferred).

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active law license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction, preferably Ohio.
• 1–3 years of litigation experience; landlord-tenant, IP, or post-judgment collections preferred.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized with strong communication and ethics.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 and legal research tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee litigation matters across both business divisions, including landlord-tenant disputes and post-judgment collections.
• Manage outside counsel and coordinate discovery and case strategy.
• Draft cease-and-desist letters and assist with IP enforcement.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather documents and ensure policy compliance.
• Advise executives on legal topics and support corporate transactions.
