W3Global in Las Vegas, NV seeks an Associate Attorney with 2-5 years of experience to join its boutique business law practice. The role offers exposure to commercial litigation, business transactions, contract disputes, and licensing matters in a supportive environment.

You will assist with and manage matters, draft motions, conduct depositions, and participate in hearings and appeals while developing practical litigation and transactional skills.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of legal experience
• Active Nevada license to practice law
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Interest in commercial litigation, business law, and administrative/licensing matters
• Professional judgment and attention to detail
• Ability to manage deadlines and work independently and collaboratively
• Strong communication skills
• Courtroom, deposition, motion practice, or administrative hearing experience preferred but not required
