Job summary

Interstates is seeking an Associate Counsel to join our growing Legal team and support complex industrial electrical, technology, and manufacturing projects. You will report to the General Counsel and collaborate with leaders across Sales, Operations, Project Management, and more.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction or eligible for admission in the applicable jurisdiction.
• 0-3 years of legal experience preferred; early-career attorneys welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical legal guidance to business leaders and internal stakeholders on a variety of day‑to‑day legal matters.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and revise commercial agreements, including customer contracts, vendor agreements, subcontracts, software and technology agreements, NDAs, and other business contracts.
