All County One Day Bath – Bath Planet is looking for motivated individuals to fill the role of Design Consultant (In-Home Sales) in Allentown, PA. This 100% commission-based position offers uncapped earning potential over $150,000 annually with a flexible schedule for optimal work-life balance.

Your responsibilities include meeting pre-qualified homeowners to deliver sales presentations and guiding them through design solutions. Previous sales experience is preferred, and you'll participate in ongoing training to hone your skills.

We are currently seeking motivated and driven individuals to join our team as Design Consultants (In-Home Sales Representatives). This is a great opportunity to build a six-figure income while maintaining a strong work-life balance.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with pre-qualified homeowners (no cold calling or lead generation required)
• Deliver in-home sales presentations using an iPad
• Build rapport and guide customers through design solutions
• Present pricing and close sales daily
• Participate in ongoing bi-weekly sales training
