Job summary

Unlocked Potential is seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide in-home therapeutic services for youths aged 5 to 21 facing significant life changes. Qualified candidates will meet families weekly to implement treatment plans focused on adaptive and social skills.

Qualifications

• Must have valid clinician license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to complete role functions requiring physical ability.
• Knowledge of HIPAA laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home counseling and support to I/DD youths.
• Maintain accurate billing and treatment records.
• Work with team members to develop and implement service plans.

Skills

Licensed Clinician (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT)

Bilingual or sign language

Experience with I/DD youths
