Woodward Community Based Services is seeking a compassionate Youth Service Worker to provide in-home treatment and skill-building for youth aged 11–19 and their families. You will work primarily in homes and communities, building skills and guiding youth toward individualized goals.

You will collaborate with schools, mental health providers, juvenile services, and other professionals, maintaining notes and participating in supervision and training. EPICS‑I training is offered and supported.

Formación

• Four-year degree in Criminal Justice, Criminology, Psychology, Sociology, Education, Social Work, or related field.
• Two years of college education and at least one year of full-time employment working with at-risk youth or in law enforcement.
• Strong communication, organization, documentation, and time-management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide in‑home Skill Development services to youth ages 11–19 and their families.
• Manage a caseload of approximately 8–12 youth.
• Provide approximately two hours of Skill Development services per week to each assigned youth and family.
• Help youth develop practical skills based on their individual needs and goals.
• Build positive, professional relationships with youth and families while maintaining appropriate boundaries, structure, and safety.
• Maintain timely and accurate service notes, reports, releases, and other required documentation.
