Job summary

The role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and being at least 21 years old. You’ll work with case managers, document progress, and practice trauma-informed, culturally sensitive care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required.
• All KVC Kansas employees must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide structured activities and behavioral interventions in home and community.
• Teach daily living and social skills to increase youth independence.
• Coordinate session schedules with placement providers and case managers.
• Document client progress and billing accurately and on time.
• Maintain confidentiality and act as mandated reporter when needed.
