Job summary

American Aqua is seeking experienced sales consultants to grow revenue through direct in-home sales of water filtration systems to homeowners and businesses. You’ll be the face of the company, conducting in-home presentations and building trust with customers while explaining how our cutting-edge systems improve water quality.

This role involves needs assessments, product knowledge, CRM management, and negotiating terms to close deals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of in-home, door-to-door, or outside sales experience.
• Proven track record of closing deals.
• Willingness to work evenings and some weekends.
• Strong focus on exceeding customer expectations and satisfaction.
• Open to working with pre-qualified leads and following a structured sales process.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home visits to prospective customers, showcasing products, features, benefits and unique selling points.
• Listen to customers' needs, assess requirements, and provide tailored solutions.
• Develop deep product knowledge and stay updated on pricing and updates.
• Build rapport and trust to foster long-term relationships and referrals.
• Manage the sales process from first contact to closing, including CRM usage and follow-ups.
• Negotiate pricing and terms and guide customers through the purchasing process.
• Prepare accurate contracts and documentation and provide regular activity reports to management.
