Job summary

Advanced Water Treatment is seeking a Water Treatment Specialist to grow revenue through in-home sales of water filtration systems in southeastern Michigan. You will present solutions to homeowners, highlight features and benefits, and close deals with pre-qualified leads.

The role requires 2+ years in in-home or outside sales, a proven closing track, and the ability to work evenings and weekends for Home Shows.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of in-home, door-to-door, or outside sales experience with a proven track record of closing deals.
• Focus on exceeding customer expectations through exceptional service.
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset and a knack for achieving results.
• Willingness to adapt to changing circumstances and go the extra mile for customer satisfaction.
• Open and willing to work evenings and some weekends based on availability of customers and Home Shows.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home sales presentations to homeowners, highlighting features and benefits.
• Perform needs assessments to tailor solutions to budgets and preferences.
• Develop product knowledge and stay updated on pricing and updates.
• Build rapport and trust to foster long-term relationships and referrals.
• Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing, with CRM follow-up.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to meet company goals.
• Prepare accurate sales contracts and maintain records of activities.
