Job summary

Culligan is seeking a high-earning field sales professional to own a defined Miramar territory and drive new business while servicing company-provided leads.

You will conduct in-home water consultations, tailor solutions, and help homeowners improve water quality, building long-term relationships while maintaining a healthy pipeline and reporting progress to management. Training is provided and earnings are uncapped with top performers exceeding expectations.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of sales experience.
• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• CRM experience (Salesforce or similar) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take daily ownership of your territory and be accountable for hunting for additional business opportunities while also servicing company-provided leads.
• Conduct in-home water consultations, assess customer needs, and present customized water treatment solutions that help homeowners improve their water quality.
• Build long-term relationships with homeowners while generating new business through referrals, networking, and community involvement.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline while tracking activity and providing regular updates to management.
