Responsibilities

• Review schedule and follow up on leads generated through marketing and referrals.
• Conduct in-home water quality tests using Culligan technology.
• Present customized water treatment solutions based on customer needs.
• Educate customers on product features, benefits and long-term value.
• Create proposals, discuss financing options, and close sales.
• Manage sales pipeline with consistent follow-up and scheduling.
• Use iPad/Salesforce to track leads and customer interactions.
• Coordinate with service teams to ensure smooth installations.
• Attend ongoing training on product knowledge and sales techniques.
