Clearwater Systems is seeking a Water Specialist (Territory Manager) to consult homeowners, analyze water quality, and guide them through the process to installation. You’ll build trust, explain customized solutions, and manage the full sales cycle from booking to follow-up.

You will work remotely from home when not in the field, with support from a team and regular community events to grow the territory, aiming for uncapped earnings and career growth.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sales experience in home services or related industry.
• Experience managing the full sales process from lead to installation.
• CRM experience required; strong lead generation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home and virtual consultations to analyze customer needs.
• Present water treatment options and close sales.
• Schedule and manage qualified appointments; coordinate with installation team.
• Represent Clearwater at community events and local partnerships.
• Provide post-installation follow-up and support.
