Job summary

Southlantic Services LLC in Myrtle Beach is seeking a Water Treatment Specialist to drive in-home sales of water filtration systems to homeowners and businesses in the Myrtle Beach area. You will deliver engaging presentations, assess needs, and close deals while building lasting client relationships.

Training is provided and candidates will undergo background checks; the role offers a company vehicle, benefits, and commissions after training.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of work experience.
• Focused on exceeding customer expectations through exceptional service
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset and a knack for achieving results
• Willingness to adapt to changing circumstances and go the extra mile for customer satisfaction
• Open and willing to work evenings and some weekends based on availability of our customers and scheduled Home Shows

Responsibilities

• Sales Presentation: Conduct in-home visits to prospective customers, showcasing our products/services, highlighting their features, benefits, and unique selling points in a persuasive manner
• Needs Assessment: Listen actively to customers' requirements, assess their needs, and provide tailored solutions that align with their preferences and budget
• Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services, staying updated on features, pricing, and any updates, ensuring accurate and informative presentations
• Relationship Building: Build rapport and trust with customers by demonstrating professionalism, knowledge, and integrity, fostering long-term relationships that result in repeat business and referrals
• Sales Process Management: Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing the sale, follow up on leads, and maintain a sales pipeline using CRM tools or other designated systems
• Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms, guiding customers smoothly through the purchasing process and securing agreements that meet both their needs and company goals
• Documentation and Reporting: Prepare accurate sales contracts and documentation, maintaining records of sales activities, providing regular reports, and feedback to the management team
