Job summary

Qualified candidates are licensed NP in-state with DEA eligibility, CPR/BLS, and board certification; geriatric experience preferred. A valid driver’s license is required, and a company car may be available in select markets.

Qualifications

• Licensed as a NP in the state where HarmonyCares Medical Group office is located.
• Federal DEA License/eligibility.
• Geriatric training/experience preferred.
• Active CPR/BLS Certification.
• Board Certification.
• Valid and unencumbered driver's license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• The Nurse Practitioners we seek are those who have directly related experience in home health, geriatrics, hospice and primary care.
• The Nurse Practitioner who wants to practice medicine with a focus on patient care, not volume.
