Job summary

HarmonyCares in Florida seeks a Nurse Practitioner to provide home-based primary care to high-need patients. This role emphasizes patient-centered care delivered in patients' homes, with minimal hospital rounds and a focus on quality over volume.

The NP should have Florida licensure (or eligibility), DEA license, CPR/BLS certification, and board certification. A driver’s license and clean driving record are required.

Qualifications

• Licensed as a NP in the state where HarmonyCares Medical Group office located.
• Federal DEA license/eligibility.
• Geriatric training/experience preferred.
• Active CPR/BLS Certification.
• Board Certification.
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• The Nurse Practitioners we seek have directly related experience in home health, geriatrics, hospice and primary care.
• The Nurse Practitioner who wants to practice medicine with a focus on patient care, not volume.
