JOB SUMMARY:
The Bilingual In-Home Unit Case Manager must have a Bachelor’s degree in the Social Sciences or equivalent qualifications. This non-supervisory position involves conducting abuse/dependency investigations, developing treatment plans, and overseeing diverse service categories. Dedicated to regulatory compliance, timely documentation, and cultural sensitivity, the Case Manager actively contributes to achieving permanency for children. This role manages a caseload of 8-14 families, attends conferences, and supports the agency’s mission.
